  • Before being added to our approved vendor list, you must provide the following documentation:

    • Insurance: Proof of General Liability insurance.

    • Workers’ Compensation: Proof of coverage if you have employees, or a signed waiver/statement if you are a sole proprietor.

    • Licensing: A copy of your professional contractor’s license (if applicable to your trade).

    • Tax Documentation: A completed W-9 form for IRS reporting.

  • We hold our vendors to a high standard of professional conduct. We expect you to:

    • Perform only those services for which you are fully qualified and licensed.

    • Maintain competitive pricing consistent with industry standards and our historical data.

    • Deliver prompt, timely service for all assigned tasks.

    • Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor with tenants, homeowners, and staff.

    • Communication: Provide regular status updates on all active work orders.

    • Billing: Submit professional, itemized, and detailed invoices upon completion.

    • Quality Control: Please note that work is frequently inspected for thoroughness, and tenants are surveyed to ensure satisfaction.
